NOTE: PASS 3.x end of life is scheduled for on August 30, 2010.
PASS 4.0 ECP will replace all PASS 3.x for all current instances. This is a transparent upgrade to current users as 4.0 ECP will be run in a 3.x compatibility mode until 4.0 functionality is desired.
All customers will be notified no less than 60 days prior to hosted instances being migrated.
All migrations will be seamless and require 1 hour of downtime which will be scheduled no later than 3 weeks in advance.
