Technical Summary		 Ed-Interact, Inc. promotes its Plans and Alerts for Student Success (PASS) software to schools districts in North America. PASS Software uses standard district data and presents it in a manner which helps administrators, teachers, students and parents alike to perform the following critical functions needed to assist the student with the educational demands of successfully completing grades K-12:

  • Identifies at-risk populations in the student body based on a multitude of risk indicators.
  • Deploys plans which can both 1) raise awareness to a condition(s) which may exist and 2) assist the student with correcting the problem by establishing a plan with goals to address issue root cause.
  • Allows for the online, active involvement of all parties critical to a Students success:
    • Offers Administrators/Counselors the ability to participate in the solution.
    • Offers Teachers the ability to participate in the solution. 
    • Offers Students the ability to participate in the solution. 
    • Offers Parents/Guardians the ability to participate in the solution.
    • Offer Communities through mentoring program management system
  • Easy to use with little or no instruction
  • Supplied full lifecycle capabilities and reporting for federally mandated Response to Intervention

PASS Software enables the identification of issues associated with behavior, test scores, and attendance specific by grade, school(s), gender, group affiliation and many other criteria…allowing a school or district to quickly identify a subpopulation of its student body, and intervene and track the remediation of a student or student(s). PASS really does provide information where previously there was only data.

The PASS application can identify and prioritize at-risk students on the basis of academic and behavioral indicators, and allows staff to develop effective intervention plans that are interactive and personalized for each student. 

The reports are easy to create, assign, complete and understand. PASS is the tool of choice for helping move at-risk children through the school system…one child at a time.
